Purpose of the Job

AM-Sales & Distribution will be responsible for managing the relationship with the buyers and to support the sales in their network of store and responsible for sales activities and lead the growth for Rangriti. This will be accomplished through the use of analytical skills and market knowledge to monitor distribution, proactively contribute to meeting sales target, and ensure brand promise is delivered

Key Result Areas for the Incumbent

- Process Responsibilities

1. Owning and managing the portfolio of the product for channel partners and ensuring the overall profitability.
2. Works closely with Buyers to ensure customer needs are met in a timely.
3. Manner and keen understanding and updated with latest market trends.
4. Responsible for educating dealers with prospective to VM , Pricing and marketing. 
5. Ensuring the accuracy of stock availability information, as per buyer requirements.
6.Work with distributors to ensure they are meeting targets/sales and delivery of stocks accordingly.
7.Track & monitor timelines for stock dispatch and delivery
8.Work closely with Marketing team and identify opportunities for continued growth and profitability.

- People Management Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the leaderships of the channel partner to increase the visibility and growth of the brand
2. Maintain relationship with distributors across so that could contribute to the overall growth strategy for RANGRITI
3. Work closely with Merchandising and Supply chain teams and ensuring availability and timely delivery of stock
4. Collaborate with Finance and accounts team on payment status and issues
5. Managing business alliance with distributors
6. Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with External Stake Holders and review performance of respective distributers
7.Work closely with Transportation team and ensuring delivery and keep a track on missing stock

- Financial Responsibilities

Managing the P&L for the respective distributors
Adjustment of the Debit & Credit notes

Required Candidate profile

1. Experience of 3-6 years in garment distribution.
2. Should have handled 2-3 distributors at least in last 2 years.
3. Must have experience in vacant geographies.
4. Experience of managing shop in shop and outright sales, both must.
5. Good financial understanding of required job.
(Margin calculation, markdown, stock count/valuation and outstanding calculation/recovery)

Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 6,00,000 PA.
