Store Audit – East

Purpose of the Job

Audit the stores/ Warehouses on a timely basis as per schedule and bring out differences in stocks and violation of SOPs

Key Result Areas for the Incumbent

- Process Responsibilities

• Conducting store/ Warehouse audits as per time schedule given by Sr. Manager- Audit
• Checking Petty cash vouchers
• Checking SOP compliance
• Reporting of stock variances promptly and getting the audit updated through IT in ERP / POS
• Follow up on Audit reports with staff in Warehouse / Retail stores for variance explanations
• Auditing issues which may be of concern to the organization with the prior consent of the Sr. Manager

- People Management Responsibilities

• Maintaining healthy and cordial working relationship with Store and Warehouse staff without compromising on audit responsibilities
